Abstract

Norms and standards, which are used in Kazakhstan outdated a long time ago, they have
been used for 50 years during the Soviet Union period, in present many new materials and technology
exist in construction sphere. There fore Kazakhstan decided to move to European standards, which are
based on modern technology, more progressive and economical ones, for instances that ones allowing
the construction of high-rise buildings, erection of high-speed lines and soon. In order to introduct
european standards, it is necessary to do comparison analysis of two norms, because the condition of
construction in Kazakhstan differs from european ones
