Abstract

This article is dedicated to the urgent problem of nowadays – the water
deficiency in Kazakhstan. Statistical data are given about water consumption. The basic
causes of the deterioration of water quality and possible solution to the problems of
water consumption in Kazakhstan are detected. The solution to the problem of pollution
and incorrect usage of the water resources is determined with the help if engineering
and land reclamation works, by the integrated management of water resources and by
providing informational analytical works on the geoinformational system base.
