Abstract

Professional training of designers associated with the subject- spatial environment and objects that correspond to utilitarian and aesthetic qualities. The study of the technological process of manufacturing items depends on the sphere of professional activity. The future school was to appear in Germany in 1919 - Bauhaus. In Russia, the Higher State Artistic and Technical Workshops (VHUTEIN and VHUTEMAS) were organized in 1920, representing a special educational institution for the preparation of artists - masters of applied art for industry. The schools were laid theoretical and methodological foundations of teaching design. It was an educational institution where educational and production workshops operated.
