BIOMETRIC RECOGNITION SYSTEM USERS BY WEB CAM IMAGE

Abstract

In search of new methods of protection, developers are increasingly turning their attention to the biometric
system. Biometric systems recognize people based on their anatomical features (fingerprint, facial image, drawing the lines
palm, iris, voice) or behavioral characteristics (signature, gait). Because these features are physically associated with the user
biometric recognition as a reliable mechanism to witness that only those who have the necessary powers, could get into the
building, access to a computer system, or cross the border state. Biometric systems also have unique advantages - they do not
allow the perfect to renounce the transaction and provide an opportunity to determine when an individual uses several
certificates (eg, passports) in different names. Thus, with competent implementation in the respective applications, biometric
systems provide a high level of security
