Abstract

The article provides an algorithm for constructing a schedule with a minimum duration of the project. There are four types of dependencies between jobs in combined execution: "start-finish", "start-start", "finish-finish" and "finish-start". The article considers the finish-start dependencies as the most common ones. The advantages of using the nodal method are also given, which allows you to focus the attention of all participants on the most important stages of construction, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the construction time of the enterprise, including the time for commissioning.
