Abstract

This article presents methods for structural analysis of the engineering and functional performance properties (EPP) of monolithic civil buildings and improved methods for assessing their quality during construction. Using a graph-analytical method, the structure of the relationships between EPP parameters is determined and the main parameters are identified. Furthermore, a methodology for improving the efficiency of construction supervision is proposed based on an office analysis of as-built geodetic documentation. The results of the study pave the way for comprehensive improvement of the EPP of monolithic structures and allow for increased reliability of the supervision system.
