Abstract

The article discusses modern approaches to the architectural design of residential buildings, where special attention is paid to the integration of functional, aesthetic and operational requirements. Residential buildings, being the most important objects of civil engineering, require the creation of comfortable, energy-efficient and safe spaces that can meet the diverse needs of end users. The main emphasis is on rational zoning of premises, optimal distribution of functional zones, provision of sufficient natural lighting and ventilation, which together contribute to improving the quality of the internal environment and living comfort. The article examines in detail the issues of durability of structural elements of buildings, analyzes wear indicators and the impact of maintenance on the service life of objects. Particular attention is paid to innovative technologies, such as the use of precast-monolithic systems, the use of modern materials with high strength and energy efficiency, which allows to reduce operating costs and increase the reliability of the structure. The proposed methodology includes an integrated approach combining theoretical analysis, experimental modeling and testing of practical solutions, which allows developing sound recommendations for designers, builders and specialists in the operation of residential buildings. The obtained results contribute to improving the quality of design documentation and stimulate further development of innovative technologies in civil construction, which is important for the creation of modern and comfortable residential buildings.
