Ensuring operational properties in the design of buildings

Abstract

This article includes a study of the compliance of all buildings of a residential complex and industrial structures with all necessary conditions and standards. For all classes of buildings, rules are established for the strength and fire resistance of load-bearing structures (reinforced concrete piles, foundations, pillars) and enclosing structures. The operational properties of a building are characterized by the composition of the premises, the standards of their area and volume, interior decoration and technical equipment. In addition, the innovative potential of a composite-monolithic system of civil buildings is considered as a set of characteristics that reflect the possibilities of improving its investment and engineering-functional properties, thanks to which its level of competitiveness
