The subject of research in this paper is the existing mathematical and
algorithmic methods of formation and solution of mathematical models of IP. The analysis carried out allowed
identify the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods, and formulate requirements for the algorithm
compilation formation of mathematical models. Based on the results of the analysis, a new algorithm was proposed
formation of a mathematical model of IS, which allows to accelerate the process of formation of a mathematical model in
form of a system of linear algebraic equations (SLAE), as well as an algorithm for obtaining analytical expressions for
calculation of the root of the SLAE written in explicit form, which made it possible to speed up the process of solving the mathematical model.
Relevance. With the development of technology in the fields of IC design and production, there is a constant
complication of both the designed devices and their individual components, and software tools,
allowing them to be modelled. In particular, increased precision in the production of individual components
IP has led to the need for a more complete and more accurate description of the physical characteristics of circuitry
models of elements and processes occurring in them. In IS modeling tasks, such requirements led to
complication of the description of software models of elements, which, in turn, caused an increase in
time of machine calculation of IC characteristics.
