Abstract

The article discusses the problem and the question of choosing methods of shaping in the field of design.
Analyses of the main, historically formed models of the formation of objects of the subject environment are made
. The results of research in the field of form-making by domestic and
foreign researchers are summarized. Conclusions are made regarding the rationality of the use and application
of shaping methods in modern design practice. The article revealed the importance and criteria for evaluating the methods
of structuring the formation of practical application in design.
