With the development of technologies in the areas of design and production of ICs, there is a constant complication of both the designed devices themselves and their individual components, as well as software tools that allow them to be simulated. In particular, increasing the accuracy of manufacturing individual IC components has led to the need for a more complete and more accurate description of the physical characteristics of circuit models of elements and the processes occurring in them. In the problems of IC modeling, such requirements led to the complication of the description of software models of elements, which, in turn, caused an increase in the time of computer calculation of IC characteristics. For simulation programs that perform IC modeling at the stage of circuit design, the most resource-intensive tasks are the tasks of forming a mathematical model of a circuit in the form of a SLAE, as well as its solution.
