Abstract

This article deals with the problem of assessing the stability of high-rise buildings to progressive collapse. The article also examines various architectural and structural solutions that ensure the stability of high-rise buildings and structures under the action of significant transverse loads arising from strong external influences. The recommendations of the choice of design solutions to achieve the greatest stability and rigidity of high-rise buildings are given.
